The final common cause of wintertime acne is a change in facial products. A lot of people get dry skin in the winter so they use moisturizers. Use a non-comedogenic moisturizer that is lightweight in order to help prevent pores from being blocked. Blocked pores leads to acne, so you want to make sure you have a good moisturizer if you are getting acne in the winter.
